The management, employees and contractors came together in December to see out a year that was full of highs and lows.
Fortunately, we were able to meet up in Canberra before Covid went crazy again. For many of us, it was the first time we were able to meet in person and for our new CEO, it was his first Goal Christmas Party.
Bret took the opportunity to hold a strategy session in the afternoon, which celebrated our many achievements for the year and laid out the plan for 2022 on onwards. In just 12 months Goal has gained an outstanding recruiting/talent acquisition team, brought onboard some very talented people (Bret gets an honourable mention here!), rebranded the company, increased our relationships with Veteran support organisations and laid some very strong foundations for the future. Which is looking very bright indeed.
The staff at the East Hotel were amazing and The Boat House provided a beautiful setting for our dinner party. Great food, free-flowing drinks and best of all, fantastic company. What more could you want.
Already looking forward to next year!
